Policies
How, when and where we deliver.
Orders are handed to the courier within 24 hours of phone confirmation. Most parcels arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
Remote pincodes can take slightly longer. If we expect a delay, we will call and tell you.
A flat delivery charge applies to smaller orders, and delivery is free once your order crosses the free delivery threshold shown in your bag.
Once your parcel ships we add the courier name and tracking number to your order. Use the track order page with your order number and mobile number to see the latest status.
Couriers usually attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the parcel returns to us and we will call you to arrange a fresh attempt.
